How to use the IPTV on Mag Box

MAG boxes (such as MAG 250, 254, 322, etc.) are dedicated hardware set-top boxes specifically built for streaming IPTV smoothly via a Portal URL.

Step 1: Locate your MAC Address

1. Look underneath your MAG box device.
2. You will see a barcode with a MAC Address (starts with 00:1A:79:…).
3. Or, navigate to Settings -> System settings -> Device info to find it.
4. Important: Message us this MAC Address on WhatsApp or Email so we can bind your account to your device.

Step 2: Accessing System Settings

1. Start up your MAG Box until it loads the main screen.
2. Go to Settings -> System settings.
3. Navigate to Servers -> Portals.

Step 3: Setup the Portal URL

1. In the Portal 1 name area, type in “USPRIMEIPTV”.
2. In the Portal 1 URL area, carefully type the Mag Portal Link we provided to you.
3. Do not misspell the address, otherwise it won’t connect.
4. Press OK to save the changes.

Step 4: Reload the Portal

1. Press the Exit button twice on your remote to go back.
2. Select Restart Portal or reboot the MAG device unplugging its power cord.
3. Once it restarts, it will load the USPRIMEIPTV portal and you can watch your channels immediately.
